To use the VisualDx app, you will first need to sign up for a VisualDx personal account. You can do this by following these steps:
Library Databases → Select VisualDx → Activate Personal Account (use your Touro email).
Install from the app store: Google Play or Apple App Store.
Sign in with the personal account you just created!
