I lost the book I checked out. Now what?

If you lose or damage a library book, please contact the Access Services Librarian (acastro13@touro.edu) to resolve. Patrons are responsible for the replacement cost of the book. Replacement of the lost or damaged item by donating a copy of the same book title may be possible at the librarian's discretion.
Outstanding replacement costs owed may be paid online at the TUC Non-Bursar Transaction Store.
If a fine or fee is felt to be in error or to be unwarranted due to extenuating circumstances, the patron should discuss the matter with the Access Services Librarian or with the Library Director.
